Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, demand, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tzanetis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or an exchange. As a small business committed to offering ethically sourced products at the best possible prices, we do not offer cash refunds.
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us via: Info@Tzanetis.co and we will issue you a replacement.
We offer free domestic exchanges for full-priced items.
Since we're a small family-run business with limited inventory, exchanges are subject to real-time stock availability and can only be fulfilled via email: Info@Tzanetis.co, and our support team can manually check to see if the item is available for you.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
